Have The Courage To Start Over! Motivational Video!

This video is an ideal one to watch when you are made redundant, because it takes courage to start your life over, and when you are made redundant (laid off), you have no choice but to do that, or you can end up being depressed and wasting your life away. Don’t do that! See redundancy as an opportunity to take stock of your life and to start over with your focus being on your goals, ambitions, and dreams! And don’t doubt yourself and your abilities, you are capable of far more than you will ever know!

If you need help with breaking through the barriers of redundancy – I wrote a book, full of useful help, advice and guidance, and with CV and Cover Letter templates that will get you interviews if applied correctly! http://amzn.to/2o0XmMA

Believe In Yourself! Motivational Video!

It’s so important while you are redundant to keep your spirits high and keep believing in you! This is one of my favourite motivational videos about believing in yourself. When it starts off, it gets you to imagine what life would be like if you were in a coma, forgot who you were, and truly believed you are what you dream of becoming! This is such a powerful technique, call it fake it until you make it – but you have to believe it! Call it law of attraction, but you have to believe it! Call it affirmations, but you have to believe them! Call it believe in yourself – and you got it!

If you want to work on your self-belief – my Break Through The Barriers Of Redundancy book can help you with this because it takes a holistic view of redundancy, that is all about getting back to the roots of who you are and what you were born to do, before all the noise of life got in the way!! http://amzn.to/2o0XmMA

EDDIE THE EAGLE – TAKING FLIGHT!

img_1499img_1501img_1504img_1505img_1506img_1507img_1510When I saw Eddie The Eagle at the National Achievers Congress, his story was so inspiring, of how he travelled and ate out of bins to fulfil his British ski jumping dreams at the Calgary Winter Olympics and became a global icon with a movie made about how he did it. It was all down to the power of self belief, never giving up on your dreams and being determined to succeed against all odds.

KEEP BEING YOU!

image

It doesn’t matter where you are, or what you do – just ensure, you keep being you!

People will try to put you down,
Don’t let them, drown you out!

Keep heading for your stars,
The moon, the sun,
It’s all yours.

There is nothing to stop you,
You are supreme,
A shinning light,
A lazor beam.

Shine and blast around you,
In all your glory,
You have found you.

Don’t let the past destroy you,
Look forward and adore you.

Be A Brave Warrior – Dedicated to Daisy Who is Seriously Sick!

Be a brave warrior and fight through the night,
Fight this illness with all your might,
Be strong, you are a fighter,
A survivor,
And a thriver.

Tackle this illness head on,
Stay with me
And be strong.

You are more powerful,
Than you think you are,
A super brave guinea pig, by far.

You are the best,
Under duress,
I believe in you,
Just believe in you too.

You can and will pull through,
Just go and do,
Whatever it takes,
There are no brakes.

Be a brave warrior and fight through the night,
Keep fighting this illness with all your might.

Dedicated to my Guinea Pig Daisy, who is seriously sick with a respiratory infection.

I wrote this last night and read it to her before falling asleep. She is still with me so far today.

Stay strong

Hi everyone
image

It can be really hard to stay strong in life. Especially when other people try to persuade you that their way, is the right way. That what they are asking you to do, is what you should be doing. That if you don’t do what they ask, you have failed in life or let them down. This is bad thinking.

It is made increasingly harder when you are more vulnerable. Such as when you are made redundant, you split up from a long term relationship or you have a low self esteem and feel depressed.

What you have to do, is to stay strong, and ask yourself some important questions:

●Is it the right way for me?
●Is what they are asking me to do, going to make me feel good?
●Am I going to benefit as a result?
●What are the consequences going to be for me?
● Am I happy or comfortable with what is being asked?

If you answered no to any of these questions and the consequences won’t be good, don’t do it, and certainly not their way. It’s your life and you have ultimate control over what you do or don’t do, regardless of what anyone else thinks. Stay strong and tell them it’s not the right thing for you to do, and it’s not your way. We are blessed with individuality, and that’s why you must choose what is right for you.

Stay positive
