Live, Laugh, Love, That’s Enough!

Through these dark and difficult pandemic times, we must also remember all the light we can bring to our own life and those of others. Sometimes to live, laugh and love, really is enough!

Allow me to explain:

When we live with all our heart! And follow our hopes, goals, ambitions, dreams, and passions; life is so much sweeter, happier, lighter.

When we laugh, we have joy in our heart, and it’s hard to be sad if we are joyous!

And when we give love out to others, without expecting anything in return, we often get back more love than we ever thought possible. Plus, giving love to others, just makes us feel so good. Feeling good is the antidote to feeling bad, and this is the best form of non-pharmaceutical medicine to soothe your soul.

So I encourage you each day to live, laugh, and love, to the fullest, always.

You must decrease your stress levels in multiple aspects of your life! If you want to decrease your fibro pain and decrease your likelihood of getting more sickness or disease.πŸ‘‡

Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune condition, which means now, with the Coronavirus, it’s more important than ever, to decrease our stress levels in multiple aspects of our life and focus on having fun, relaxation, and not going into panic overdrive mode! Otherwise we increase our chances of becoming sick πŸ€’πŸ˜·

Stress is the ONE thing you really need to decrease, if you want to prevent getting more diseases, illnesses, sickness, infections. πŸ€§πŸ€’

So make two lists.

One list with everything that makes you feel relaxed, happy, smiley. Such as:

πŸ›€Taking a hot bath.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈDoing meditation, or just closing your eyes to your favourite music.

πŸ‘€Watching your favourite movies.

πŸ’ƒDancing around your home to your favourite tunes.

πŸ’¬Messaging a favourite friend.

πŸ’ŒEmailing a loved one.

πŸ‘‰Whatever it is, make your list now and make sure you are doing 1-3 of these things each and every day.

The more stress you feel you have in your life, the more of these things you should be doing to decrease your stress levels and boost your immune system back up. 3 per day minimum is what I recommend. Never go a day without doing one of them. You owe it to yourself to put your health first. The more you take care of yourself, the more you can look after others. So it’s a win, win! 🀩😍


And a second list that focuses on each of these main aspects of your life, and the stress you feel within each of them!

πŸ‘‡Is it you need some extra help with your shopping, or cleaning your home?
πŸ‘‡Or do you just need a listening ear.πŸ‘‚
πŸ‘‡Do you need to find more things to help you relax?

Are your finances in good health or is a lack of money causing you stress?πŸ€”πŸ˜–

πŸ‘‰ Life mission, goals, ambitions and dreams!

As humans we need to feel like we are making progress in our life, if we are not, we feel like we are stagnating, we feel lifeless, we lack that fighting spirit and the reason we need to keep going!

Let me ask you a question… what are your life goals, ambitions and dreams right now? πŸ€”πŸ€”

And don’t tell me you are in too much pain to have any, because if you are in that amount of pain, it’s exactly what you need to take your mind off your pain! You need to have a focus that is off your pain, and on what you love to do, what you want to do, and what you must do! 😍 This is essential to decrease your pain 😍

If you were to be at the end of your life right now and you wanted to know you had made your mark in the world, that you have left a lasting legacy, that you had lived your life doing everything you wanted to do, what would those things be that are a must for you? πŸ€”

Your fibro pain makes you know you can get through anything life throws at you, so why not use this pain to push yourself to achieve as many of your goals, ambitions and dreams, as much as possible?

πŸ‘‰ Your spirit and soul.

What are you doing to nourish your inner spirit and soul?

What is working for your soul? πŸ€”πŸ’₯
And what are you doing in your life that is going against it? πŸ˜₯
Have you tapped into your inner intuition lately? πŸ€”
Or are you not trusting your own judgement and purposefully going against your own intuition and gut feeling? And ultimately causing pain and stress to your own soul and inner being, thus increasing your fibro pain? πŸ€”πŸ˜₯

You may not be able to cure yourself completely from fibro but you CAN still decrease your fibromyalgia pain and live a better quality of life! All these things will zap your happiness and energy too. Fibromyalgia is a result of trauma, how much ‘internal’ trauma, are you currently adding to your already inflaming volcano within you. Think about it! πŸ€”

Look at your own life and the multiple aspects of it, and which ones you have any stress in, then try to eliminate those stresses completely and as much as possible.πŸ€—

You want a weapon against Coronavirus? Start by de-stressing and relaxing as a top priority in your life! Go to the top of this post and take action and do the work it takes to get you feeling better. Make a list of ways that you find relaxing and ensure you do 3 each day. Then work on your stresses in these aspects: relationships, health, finances, life mission, spirit/soul, and mindset. You need to work out what your stresses are, how to decrease them, usually by a process of eliminating them or reducing them, by taking action to do so. No excuses for not taking any action. Do your very best and then some more. If you give yourself excuses, you are keeping yourself in more pain than you need to be.

Have The Courage To Follow Your Heart And Intuition When Redundant!

So I am currently redundant for the 3rd time in my life from an employed job. Last time was in 2009, I was extremely worried and panicky back then, but this time I am more knowledgeable, more experienced, and more skilled than ever before.

My dream is to be a full-time writer (first and foremost), as well as a trainer and inspirational speaker on stage in London. Although I am currently actively seeking work, my heart and intuition is telling me to use this valuable time of being unemployed to fulfil my goals, ambitions and dreams. So this is why I have been focusing heavily on getting my 4th book published. I have a specific strategy with this book that I have never implemented before. I am also going to be working on my first training course/s and building my Quirky Academy – at last!

So use redundancy as a opportunity to have a break from employed work and to shape your future destiny.Β I want to create an online income for myself, because a lot of retail shops are shutting down and that is what I have done for 19 years of my life, it is all going online, so I need to be online! Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition when redundant, don’t look back, and keep looking forward with hope in your heart, an optimistic attitude and positive thinking! These are just 5 benefits of single life and being single, I can think of many more, can you?

There is nothing better than to love oneself, because we are the only one who will be with ourself, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and if we do not have self- love, our life is going to be miserable and we are going to be a bit stuck!

All we have to do to love ourself, is to treat ourself, as we would do if we were in an ideal relationship with us. It’s that simple, or complicated, depending on which way you look at it!Β This means, just like in an ideal partnership, you should always:

  • Treat yourself with kindness.
  • Treat yourself with self-respect.
  • Give yourself a hug.
  • Love yourself regardless, because you just can’t help it!
  • Value your worth and the time you spend in your own company.
  • Be your best friend.
  • Help yourself in difficult times.
  • Reassure yourself that everything will be okay.
  • Know that you will get through the tough times, and encourage yourself to go for your goals, ambitions and dreams.
