Redundancy Inspiration

Calling All Entrepreneurs! Do you want to save yourself hundreds of hours of time?

👀 Posting to social media can be time consuming, frustrating when you have other work to do, and a damn right inconvenience at times! But if you want to grow your business there is no getting away from it! If you want to save yourself hundreds of hours of your precious time posting to social media, get this exclusive deal now!👉 👀 🙌 https://socialbee.io/quirkyacademy/

Don’t make the mistake of missing out on this amazing deal! You probably spend far more money on an item of clothing than this deal, and unlike clothes which go out of fashion, Social Bee moves with the times, is ever evolving and just keeps getting better and better!

So if you are an entrepreneur, a business start-up, a small business, solo artist, or freelancer, who needs to automatically share their content from blog posts to YouTube videos,  this tool can do the job! It also has analytics built into it and you can add variations to each post for different platforms. It can connect to multiple social media platforms at once. I use this personally myself and have never found a better social media auto-posting tool than this one. It has literally saved me hundreds of hours of work. If you want it to share your posts from your blogs automatically and your YouTube videos, you just add your RSS feeds for those and away you go, on autopilot. I used it to post to all 5 of my Facebook groups, my multiple Facebook pages – I currently have about 15 and multiple Twitter accounts, on autopilot, so finally I can be more productive in my business. Before I grabbed this deal previously – I was posting and scheduling posts one-by-one manually – it was a headache, super time-consuming, and I did not get the amount of shares of my posts, like I now do.

👉 I am pleased to say I have negotiated an exclusive deal direct with Social Bee, for my Quirky Academy customers, which my Beat Redundancy Blues customers are also entitled to use, IF you go through the Quirky Academy page here https://socialbee.io/quirkyacademy/ Get this deal now, before it’s gone!

What is your why?

Hi everyone

It has been a while since I posted on here. Apologies for being away so long. I have been incredibly busy working on my Break through the barriers of redundancy book and working hard on promoting it, before it is published and available on Amazon. It should be published by the end of May.

I recently attended the Business Showcase South West, in Bristol, on the 8th of April. Which was a fantastic networking opportunity.

One of the keynote speakers was Author Brad Burton, who owns 4Networking and has been branded as the UK’s number one motivational business speaker.

If you are thinking of starting your own business, Brad said in order to succeed in business, you need to have 3 things.

1 An idea
2 Vision
3 Belief (that it will work)

He said that you need to have a why.

In other words, you need to know what business you want to start and why? Why that particular idea for a business? You need to know how you forsee your idea becoming a reality and why you believe it will work.

Whether you are thinking of starting your own business, or you have already begun, I want you to think about – What is your why?

If you are not interested in starting your own business but you are looking for work, I want you to consider why you are looking for certain types of jobs. What are the pros and the cons? What other opportunities are there? Why are you wanting to work for a particular company? What’s in it for you?

When you know your why, you can begin to think of your how. With vision and belief, anything is possible.

I am fortunate enough to be connected to Brad Burton through social media, I follow him and he reciprocates. He has a humongous following but follows only a selected few back. That’s what I mean by anything is possible, you just have to know why and believe.
Until next time, stay positive.

When Opportunity Knocks – Don’t Close The Door

Hi everyone

Are you currently unemployed? Do you think you would like to run your own business? Are you asking yourself, have I got what it takes to become a self-employed businessman/business woman?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, there is no better opportunity of finding out if you are suitable to run your own business, than enquiring about the New Enterprise Scheme and attending an Enterprise Club Start-up Training Course. To learn more about what the course has to offer, read my guest blog article “Have you got the guts to run your own business?’ on Sage One uk.sageone.com/2013/08/23/guts-to-run-your-own-business. The course is free and if you don’t want to go on the New Enterprise Allowance after you have completed the course, you don’t have to but you will receive lots of invaluable information that is vital to starting your own business. When opportunity knocks, don’t close the door.

As always, terms and conditions to attend the course and be able to have the New Enterprise Allowance, do apply.

Let me know if the blog article for Sage One is helpful?

Stay positive

Making the News – Living the dream

Image representing New York Times as depicted ...

Hi Everyone

Had someone told me several years ago that I would be a blogger, a serious writer and social media user and an entrepreneur, I would have probably laughed at them and commented something like “Yeah! Get real!” Yet here I am, being all of those things and loving every single minute of it.

I was mentioned in The New York Times this week for a blog article that I had written for Exclusive HR company, click the link below to view the mention, it is under Your People: A Virtual Company’s Cultureboss.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/09/10/this-week-in-small-business-best-facebook-pages

If you want to see the article I did for Exclusive, here is the link: exclusive-thinking.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/redundancy-advice

Kathryn Snodgrass from agimy.com has written a bog article about beatredundancyblues, check out the link: www.agimy.com/blog

I have also just launched my Facebook page for my sister company quirkybooks.net. Here is the link below: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Quirkybooksnet/144394649036836

If you love writing and haven’t yet read my writing blog, to take a look at: quirkybooks.wordpress.com

Q: So how do quirkybooks.net and beatredundancyblues work together?

A: quirkybooks.net is currently a basic website about me and my writing. Over the next few months you will see it unravelling into an e-book store in front of your eyes and I plan to have several books written over time, some of which will specifically help people who are redundant to get back into work. As with writing anything, it all takes time and I hope you can join me on my journey – Who knows, maybe one day you will be part of my book of how it all happened and how it can happen for you too.

In the meantime – stay positive
