Life Is A Dream – Make Sure You Work Hard To Get Yours!!!

Magic castle at Eurodisney
Disneyland Paris – Where Dreams Come True And Magic Is In Abundance!

Last day in work - Being made redundant. Some look at their dream from afar, never really exploring how they are going to achieve it. Never making a plan, never taking any action, never taking any risks, never learning; growing; thinking; or doing. I am not one of those people. I see a dream and I go after it. Sometimes it takes longer than anticipated to get it, but I won’t give up. Better to have lived and tried, than given up!

I am being made redundant for the 3rd time in my life on Thursday 21st Sept. I am however, going to be staying on for 4 weekends, part-time, until 15th of October. It is in effect to trial the part-time job that they are replacing my full-time one with. But after that I will be taking redundancy as I cannot live on a 16 hour contract.

Although I keep getting tearful at leaving a day job I love, and leaving work colleagues – some of whom I can call friends, and feeling the anticipation of what job I will get to replace it, I am also optimistic that I can now pursue my dreams and devote the time I need to make them happen. The 4 week trial will actually be a trial for my own business stuff, to see how well I can cope working from home by being routined and disciplined about it, to achieve the results I want. Although I think what I have planned, will take more than 4 weeks to get off the ground .

I feel there are so many books in me that I have to get out while I am alive. Two are especially important and an absolute must, so I have already started to type one of those up! And trying to get it out asap.

My Quirky Academy is going to be an online training centre for entrepreneurs, start-ups and creatives, and I have started the foundation of correct web set-up for that. I have just obtained my independent IP address for my sites, instead of being on shared hosting, and an SSL certificate for Quirky Academy and two other sites, so I can have secure shopping carts on them. One of those sites is my own Quirky Books e-book store – I have waited over 6 years to convert that site into an e-book store and have much to learn.

So life for me right now, is about to become an unstable rollercoaster of an adventure, one full of optimism, musts, and action taking. One in which I aim to keep a positive mindset, to go achieve my dreams.

Wish me to get my dream, as I will always wish you to get yours.

Stay positive

Sandra xx

P.S. What are you dreaming of?

What are you dreaming of? What’s holding you back from achieving those dreams and all you have ever wanted to achieve in your life?

We all have worries and fears, but if we let them take hold of us and firmly route themselves in our soul, how can we ever be free to live the life we want?

It’s hard when we have our past haunting us; but we have to believe that light will prevail. We have to make an effort to push through our barriers and take calculated risks, to secure the awesome life and future of our dreams.

I have dreamt of becoming a published author for years; and now I am about to realise that dream. My Break Through The Barriers Of Redundancy book is complete. I now have to re-check all hyperlinks work; before uploading to Amazon for Kindle, and there are a ton of them to check.

Because I have been working on this book for at least two and a half years; I am a bit scared, as well as ecstatically happy. It’s scary because nothing’s perfect and I am going to be wide open to a ton of criticism. It’s also a bit like losing an old friend or letting a child fly the nest. This book has seen my through some incredibly tough and hard times, it’s been my friend, confidant and form of therapy, and now I have to let it go to spread its wings and fly. I am going to miss spending time with my friend and building the relationship with him – I just called my book a him. It could equally be a she. It’s a unisex book. It’s like losing a female friend or male companion, it’s a bit sad. But it’s equally the best thing that’s ever happened to me in my life, because I will have achieved my ultimate dream to date; and be confident going forward to write and publish more quirky books. My life is going to change from this point onwards in the most incredible way, and I am going to help a ton of people in the process. I will be living my dreams and be proof that you can live yours too.

I believe this book is life changing for me and I hope it will be for a ton of others too. Here is the Facebook link www.facebook.com/pages/Break-Through-The-Barriers-Of-Redundancy-Book-Author-Sandra-Bellamy Although my book is aimed at redundant workers, because it takes a holistic view of redundancy and getting back into work, it really does tackle a lot of well-being, confidence building and self-love issues, before dealing with the practicalities of job-hunting.

I have to check all of my hyperlinks work and then convert the manuscript to HTML for Kindle. Then -oooohhhhhh!!! It will be published Author time!!! So in these next few days/week – I should be able to proudly say that Sandra Bellamy is a published Author of Break Through The Barriers Of Redundancy To Get Back Into Work: – An A-Z ‘How to’ guide.

Hi, it’s Sandra from http://www.quirkybooks.wordpress.com. I am going to be a published Author soon and I cannot wait! I spent four nights trying to reformat my book for Kindle and had no joy, and I think I have finally cracked it with the Table Of Content hyperlinks .. and I am so excited because I am just day, hours, away from being a published Author and it’s my dream. After two and a half years of making this book – Break Through The Barriers Of Redundancy To Get Back In To Work – An A-Z How To Guide, I shall be finally there. Wow! It’s going to be incredible. I cannot wait! I am just so excited! It’s going to change my life, it’s going to help a ton of people and I just love it! I love helping people. I love writing. Oh my gosh to just be writing all the time again, was amazing. I took some time out of my day job – holiday – to do my writing of my book and I was spending ten hour shifts doing my writing and editing and amending, and it’s really hard work, really really hard work, but it’s so beautiful, I felt so at peace and at one with life and it’s absolutely fantastic! I have just been doing Facebook training with someone for their business, because I do Facebook and Twitter and Blogging training for business and that’s all great too, so you may see some books in the future, or a book about one or more of those subjects. More Quirky Books on the way. This Break Through The Barriers Of Redundancy book is incredible, it’s a complete A-Z guide for getting back into work and it takes a holistic view of redundancy. It’s all about going back to your inner being to the roots of who you are and what you were born to do before all the noise got in the way, the kids, the mortgage, marriage. Or just when life take it’s ups and downs and doesn’t quite go to plan, how you would want it too. But it’s amazing. It’s a really good book, even though I’ve written it and I say so myself and I look at it and think – ‘Did I really write that?’ But yeah I’m really proud of it. I love it and I hope you’ll love it too. So Break Through The Barriers Of Redundancy book will be out soon and I am so excited. Thank you for being on this journey with me.
