My job often requires being up pretty early or working pretty late. While this fact can be tiresome, I always look forward to new tasks and am generally more fit on work mornings, because I am grateful for my job and like the work I do, a lot.

It is important to chose a job that motivates you.As long as you have to motivate yourself to get the job done, you have clearly chosen the wrong job (Or you are in a situation where you have to get over some obstacles in order to reach your dream job, never mind that)

Find a job that you do with passion and enthusiasm, a job that motivates you to get up early, work hard, work long hours and generally put a lot of good effort into, and you have made great progress on your path to happiness.
